Second course of sugar-reducing cuisine: flour-free sesame leaf pizza

●Serving size: 4 servings
●Materials: 100g soybean tempeh, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 yellow zucchini, 1 sesame leaf, 250g mazzarella cheese, 60g cream cheese, 150g pizza cheese, 2 eggs, almond flour 190g, 1/3 onion, 4 cherry tomatoes, 5 slices of nine-layer pagoda leaves, 3 black olives.
●Seasoning: 150g tomato paste, appropriate amount of Italian spices
1. Cross-cut the soybean tempeh into a sheet shape of about 0.5 cm, and press the hollow biscuit round mold on the tempeh to form the tempeh.
2. Take a pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and fry both sides of Tianbei round slices in practice 1 to golden brown on medium heat.
3. Wash the yellow zucchini with a clean cotton cloth, cut into about 0.5 cm thick slices, also put in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, fry both sides until golden brown on medium heat; wash arugula Drain the water (or wipe it dry with a clean cotton cloth) and tear it into small pieces for use.
4. Take a conditioning steel basin, put 100g of cheese for cheese, cream cheese, and pizza, and melt it by heating in water.
5. When the method 4 is melted, it must be stirred constantly. Similarly, add the eggs and almond flour in portions while heating in water, and mix well.
6. Preheat the oven at 200℃ for 10 minutes. Line the baking sheet with baking paper, use a spatula to scrape the batter from Method 6 onto the baking sheet, and use a spoon to spread the thick round pieces.
7. Send method 6 to the oven, bake for about 8 minutes at 200 ℃, and evenly apply tomato paste after taking it out.
8. After peeling the onion, cut it into small cubes; wash the tomato and remove the pedicle in half; wash the nine-layer pagoda leaves with a clean cotton cloth and cut into small strips Arrange the above ingredients evenly on the pizza surface of Method 7, and then arrange the fried yellow zucchini slices, and place the fried Tianbei slices on it.
9. After the black olives are pitted, cut them into a circle and place them on the pizza in Method 8. Sprinkle with Italian spices and 50g pizza cheese.

[The first course of sugar-reducing cuisine: Cauliflower Rice Pseudo Fried Rice]

●Serving size: 4 servings
●Materials: 1 white cauliflower, 50g purple cauliflower, 20g bamboo ginger, 2 green onions, 1/2 onion, 1/2 fruit red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 eggs, 150g konjac rice
●Seasoning: appropriate amount of sea salt
1. Wash the white cauliflower and purple cauliflower, drain the water, cut the inflorescence into small pieces, and then chop. The stem part is cut off the outer hard skin and also chopped; make it look like white rice. This is "cauliflower rice". Cauliflower rice needs to be steamed in a hot pot with half a meter of water (except the portion) and set aside.
2. Wash and peel the bamboo ginger, cut it into slices, and then cut it into pieces; cut the roots of the shallots, wash and drain the water, then cut into beads; peel the onion and cut into pieces; wash the fruit and red bell pepper Cut and set aside after seeding.
3. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks; take a pan and pour the coconut oil over a medium-low heat, stir the egg whites and egg yolks separately, then take out and set aside.
4. Put the bamboo ginger powder and onion powder in the original pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Put the konjac rice in a pot of boiling water (outside the portion) and boil it for 1 minute. After picking it up, put it in cold water for a while, then pick up and drain. Add white cauliflower rice and konjac rice to method 4 and stir fry.
6. Method 5 Continue to add egg yolk, egg whites, green onion, purple cauliflower rice, fruit red sweet pepper and stir-fry until cooked. Before cooking, add sea salt to taste according to personal preference.
Note: If you don't like raw sesame leaves, you can even put sesame leaves on the last 2 minutes of baking, and the flavor is also very good.
